For more than 18 years Corso Contracting has specialised in the secondment of IT-Consultants. During this time Corso Contracting has never incurred a penalty or any additional demand for tax or social premiums from the relevant authorities. Therefore no client of Corso Contracting has ever been penalised for the failure of an external consultant to settle their financial obligations. Corso Contracting has “in-house” knowledge in all employment matters relating to the hiring of external contractors. After the end of each quarter, Corso-Contracting will automatically provide an accountant’s statement. Should a client of ours be audited by the authorities Corso Contracting is happy to provide any information or documentation the client may require. This can vary from a copy of the consultant’s passport to an overview of the hours/days worked by the consultant. The whole project is carefully documented and information can be provided to the client at very short notice. We also support the consultants in order to prevent problems that may occur during the length of the project. For example, we provide advice relating to a contractor’s independence and obligations with regard to tax and social premium payments. We can also offer the consultant solutions to ensure fiscal independence is maintained.
