During the initial interview with a candidate, Corso Contracting ensures that the person has the relevant skills for the function and determines whether the motivation of the candidate is suitable. 

Additionally, the necessary agreements related to the correct and efficient execution of the assignment are contractually agreed. 

The relevant worked hours are invoiced on an hourly basis. Corso Contracting processes the contract details and ensures compliance with the applicable fiscal, social and legal regulations. Corso Contracting accepts all applicable liabilities. 

Corso Contracting can guarantee the client will not be exposed to any risk relating to fiscal, social and legal obligations.
