Indemnification

Indemnification with regard to the Belastingdienst (Dutch Inland Revenue) and UWV (Dutch Social Insurance Authority).

As already advised there is always some risk associated with the hiring of external consultants. However, you can transfer this risk to Corso Contracting for a minimal fee. Corso is continually in contact with the ‘Belastingdienst’ and the national insurance authorities ensuing we are aware always “up-to-date” with regard to our legal and financial obligations. Thus enabling us to guarantee you will never be confronted with additional levies or penalties relating to external staff seconded via Corso Contracting.
