Senior Business Analyst for SSC Testing

The IT Shared Service Center (SSC) Testing is a new SSC whose mission is to handle software related testing activities throughout the clients Group. The first focus is to take in charge the testing for the client developed applications.
The goal of the creation of an IT SSC Testing is to gather all test activities in the same team to build a specific testing team with people who will become experts in testing. Testing is becoming a specific job and our goal is to build a team who will deliver this specific testing service to the different IT departments.
Thanks to this approach, each IT department will have the opportunity to leverage on an experienced team who has the habit to use the testing tools (Quality Center) and methodologies.
The scope of this SSC will be to take in charge the different levels of testing (except the unit tests), including test case preparation, test case management and defect/test reports. Non-regression tests (potentially automated) are also part of our scope.

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst (with good testing knowledge) to take part of Test projects and programs.

Start Date: 12/09/2011
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

Location: Brussels (near Central Station) , with frequent travelling required (mostly to Paris). Generally twice a month.

Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

Preferable:
Business experience required
Mandatory:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the testing world
(writing of test plan, structure/writing of test cases, execution of test
cases, …)
- Knowledge of the different bank domains
Preferable:
- Experience in Credit Card domain
- Knowledge of BNP Paribas Fortis organization
Technical experience required
Mandatory:
- Good knowledge of tools like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Quality Center


As Business Analyst in the SSC Testing you will participate in the test preparation and execution of the testing projects.
Your responsibilities will be:
· To be in relation with the Business part of the project to ensure the
maturity of the requirements and specifications
· To assist in the preparation of test plans
· To prepare test cases to test each software component and
demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected
results.
